About us

Hi everyone and welcome to Amazing Clean! My name is Jill and along with my family members, I operate the Amazing Clean Franchises of Atwell, Lesmurdie and Midland in Perth. We have been in this business since 2001; that’s a lot of blinds that we have cleaned, repaired or replaced, and thousands of happy customers! Please contact us for the most comprehensive residential and commercial window covering services. We provide fast and economical solutions in Perth for all types of blinds including verticals, venetians, pleated, roller, holland, timber and more. We can clean them, we can repair them and we can install new blinds for both homes and businesses. We value our clients and take great pride in our work. We will be there on time, will do what was promised and will leave your blinds looking their best, and working as they should. Our process involves taking your blinds away to clean, deodorise and sanitise them after which we will reinstall them, often on the same day. If you would like to drop off and collect your blinds yourself, you’ll save even more, but please remember to phone us first and make a booking!

We recently did a whole home of 13 blinds. We took them down, took them away, deep cleaned and sanitised them, then took them back to the home and rehung them. The customer felt the price for doing this was very reasonable and thought that the blinds looked great after we had finished with them.

“How long will it take to clean my window coverings?”
Generally smaller residential jobs can be done in a day or two, while larger or commercial jobs may take a bit longer.
 
“Do you clean onsite or take the window coverings away?”
Most window coverings that require cleaning will be contaminated with mould and/or sticky cooking residue.
A light dust and rinse onsite is unlikely to get rid of this type of dirt, which is why we take the coverings down and clean them offsite in our purpose-made facility.
This also allows us to carry out any minor repairs that are required.
 
“How often should window coverings be cleaned?”
Window coverings in low impact residential environments would benefit from cleaning every couple of years.
If located in more demanding environments such as kitchens or areas near traffic or with pets, they may need attention more frequently.
 
“Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?”
By using specialised equipment and procedures, we are able minimise the use of chemicals in our cleaning process.
Any chemicals that are used are household grade, are highly diluted, and the rinsing process should eliminate any residue.
 
“Do you offer discounts for larger jobs?”
Yes, we do!
 
"What type of window coverings can you clean?"
We can tackle most types of window coverings for example roman blinds, venetian blinds, honeycomb blinds, roller blinds, smaller awnings and shutters, and of course curtains.
(In some instances, your local technician may not have the facilities to do all of these - we will let you know when you contact us if that is the case)
 
"Why should window coverings be cleaned?"
Apart from looking better, freshly cleaned window coverings are less likely to harbour allergens and other nasties, that may have an impact on your health and wellbeing.
 
"Why should window coverings be cleaned by a professional?"
Our technicians have specialised equipment and processes that are designed to produce the best possible results.
 
"Can you lend us window coverings while the job is being done?”
If privacy is essential, our technicians can normally provide you with a temporary window covering.
 
"Can you repair damaged window coverings?"
In most cases our technicians can repair window coverings.
On occasion the damage may be too severe to fix or the coverings too old to repair, in which case we can quote to replace them.
 
"Can you install new window coverings?"
We have relationships with most reputable manufacturers and can even manufacture coverings inhouse in some cases.
So yes - we can install new window coverings!
In some instances, we can even motorise your existing window coverings.
 
“How much will it cost to get my window coverings cleaned or repaired or replaced?”
We offer specialist window coverings services and along with a bit of upholstery, that’s all we do, and we do it well. 
Our prices vary greatly according to the type of window coverings, the number and size of the window coverings, the condition they are in, and how accessible they are.
For the deep cleaning, repair and replacement services we offer, we find that we are generally competitively priced.
There may be someone out there who will drop in to your premises and give your blinds a quick vacuum and rub down for less than we would charge to do a more thorough job, but the results will not be the same.

Never had Venetians before. Tried to clean them twice and it took so long and was difficult. Called for a quote and was surprised at the low price. As advised of things like grease on kitchen blinds might not get the stain off, and that black blinds won’t stay glossy over time and light exposure. They came and took them away in the morning and put them back in early afternoon. Had my whole house done and 2 x repairs to cord and mechanism. Amazing job. I am over the moon and will definitely be using them yearly for my spring clean, for before a hosting event. Highly recommend.
