After launching the Amazing Clean ultrasonic blind cleaning business they very quickly realized the market potential. Selling the blind manufacturing business to focus solely on Amazing Clean the ground work was laid to become the first national blind cleaning company in Australia.

The first Amazing Clean operation was based in Brisbane and soon others, operating under licence, began to duplicate the success.

In 2000 Amazing Clean moved to become a franchise system. Franchising allowed the company to develop brand recognition; standard operating procedures and a strong customer focus which, when combined formed a recipe for rapid growth, both as a franchise system and also for the franchised businesses.

The detergents used in cleaning are concentrates and last a very long time so there is little need to keep a large volume on hand.

Your average gross profit on cleaning will be over 90%.

Parts for repairs are inexpensive and while there is a wide variety you may choose to stock, most repairs will be one of two main brands in the Australian market. Your average gross profit on repairs will be over 98%

Selling new blinds is easy when you are already talking with the customer about the condition of their blinds. You see, our customers would prefer to have their blinds cleaned than replaced, it’s cheaper. Sometimes however, the blinds are badly damaged and replacement is a better option, so we sell them new ones. Of course you order these as required so no stock is needed at all. Some of our franchisees make their own blinds.

Ultrasonic technology is not new. It has been used for years in many industries like Hospitals for the pre sterilization of Theatre tools, Dentists, Optometrists and even some specialist Mechanics make use of Ultrasonics. With no moving parts there is nothing to oil, maintain or service. The Ultrasonic tank is robust and will give many years of trouble free blind cleaning.

Basically the cleaning tank full of water has high frequency sound waves generated through it, which creates billions of tiny imploding bubbles that gently dislodge and “suck” the dirt out of whatever is in the water.
